DELIVERY POLICY
Mystic Lounge offers delivery to all major locations
in Kuwait
- FREE
delivery service for purchases above KD 100 for nearby areas.
- To
cancel or reschedule your delivery, please call 99747961 at least 48 hours
prior to the agreed delivery appointment. In case of no response on
reaching the delivery location, Extra charges will be applicable for
re-delivery.
- Deliveries
will be only door to door, if any customer requests additional services e.g.,
moving or lifting the item to other floor, we serve the right to apply
fees which is KD 10 per labor.
