Return And Exchange Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following policies and procedures for returns or exchanges insight of Consumer Protection Law 2014/39.

  • Our return policy entitles you to a full refund within 14 days of purchase date, as long as the items are packaged in their original condition with the original invoice.
  • Purchases during Sales or discounts, the discounted price will be considered for Exchange or Return. No Exchange or returns will be processed without the original invoice.
  • In case goods were irreplaceable, it shall be returned, the company shall refund the price thereof as per the value stated in the sale invoice, in the same way used on purchasing thereof.
  • Special orders, custom-made orders, installed, As-is, Spa Home and last-piece items will not be returned and exchanged.
  • Cash purchases will be refunded against cash; bank card purchases (credit/debit) will be refunded to bank accounts within 15 days.
  • Cash purchases and refunds are carried out at the cashier’s desk only.
  • Online purchases for lightweight materials can be returned at the branch
  • Online purchases for heavyweight delivered items to be returned by the customer to our specified store. In case, customer wants the company to pick up the items from customer location, delivery charges will be applicable with minimum of 15 KD as per the area and weight of the item.

The consumer cannot return or exchange of the goods in the following events:

  • If the consumer was aware of the defect of malfunction, existing already in the goods at the time of the purchase, and accepted it as is, last piece displayed in the store and this fact was stated in the invoice.
  • If the specifications, packaging of the goods or the commodities would prevent exchanging or returning it whether damaging the goods or the impossibility of returning it to the condition of purchase, in a way that would prevent reselling it when the goods was damaged or couldn’t be returned to its original condition.
  • In the event that the consumer misused, damaged or wrongfully installed the goods damaged.
  • If the condition of goods or equipment cannot be displayed again, or there are missing accessories, components with or without carton, with torn package, provided that it should be in same condition when it was purchased by the consumer.
  • In the event of all personal care products spa home items (bathrobes, slippers, facial devices, thermal packs …etc.) due to its nature of usage and health reasons.
